ORDER:
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is called to the DSP Office, Thullur at the instance of respondent Nos.5 to 7 and compelling the petitioner to settle the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.5 to 7. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 71 years.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions submits that that the 5^^ respondent has submitted a representation to DSP Office at Thulluru against the petitioner, then only the petitioner is called to the police station for the purpose of enquiry only. There are civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7 and the police are not interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.5 to 7.
3. Considering the submissions, the respondents 3 and 4 hereby directed not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and not to interfere with the civil disputes between pending between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7, without following the due process of law. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed off. No costs As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if shall stand closed.
