Civil Writ Petition No. 10304/2025, is reproduced s under: i. To Issue appropriate order or direction to respondents to give appointment to the Petitioner on the post of Informatics Assistant, by considering the candidature of the petitioner in Divorcee category. ii. To direct the respondents to consider the candidature of the Petitioner in the aforesaid recruitment in OBC (Divorcee) Category. 3. The prayer made in Writ Petition No. 11538/2025 is reproduced as under: By an appropriate writ order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to include the name of petitioner in final merit list by considering the candidature of petitioner under OBC divorcee category and give her appointment on the post of Live Stock Assistant under OBC Divorcee category with all consequential benefit. Civil Writ Petition No. 11987/2025 is reproduced as under: i) Final result dated 14.07.2025 issued by the respondent no.3 in which name of the petitioner has not been included in SC Women divorcee category inspite of securing higher marks in comparison to cut off marks in SC Divorcee Category may kindly be quashed and set aside. ii) The respondents may kindly be directed to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Informatics Assistant under SC Divorcee Category as the petitioner secured higher marks in comparison of the cut off marks of SC Divorcee Category. (iii) The respondents may further be directed to give appointment to the petitioner on Informatics Assistant in the post of pursuance of the advertisement no.01/2023 dated 16.01.2023 and amended advertisement dated 13.06.2024 under under SC Divorcee Category with all consequential benefits. 5. During the course of arguments, this Court has been apprised that the identical issue was considered by a Coordinate Bench of this Court at the Principal Seat, Jodhpur, in the case of Shalu v. State of Rajasthan, S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 1003/2023, and the same was further referred to and relied upon by another Coordinate Bench of this Court in Zahida v. State of Rajasthan, S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 13622/2025, decided on 10.09.2025. 6. It is also to be noted that the petitioners in each of the above cases have failed to establish the existence of a decree of divorce as on the date of submission of the application form. The cut-off date for submission of application and for making any claim [2025:RJ-JP:51253] (7 of 7) [CW-10304/2025] was specifically mentioned in the recruitment notification. Though the respondents had provided a window for editing of entries, the same is not applicable in the present cases, as there was no decree of divorce in favour of the petitioners as on the last date of submission of the application form, as mandated under the recruitment notification. 7. The issue already stands concluded by the Coordinate Bench of this Court at the Principal Seat, Jodhpur, in Shalu v. State of Rajasthan (supra), as well as by another Coordinate Bench in Zahida v. State of Rajasthan (supra). 8. In view of the discussion made hereinabove, this Court finds no scope for interference in the present writ petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, as no case is made out for any consideration. 9.
