(2) Both the learned counsels represent that the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court has reserved orders in CMA[MD].No.85/2022 preferred against the Arbitration OP.No.11/2018. The learned counsels conceded that the result of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal would have a bearing on the execution proceedings. (3) Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. (4) Indisputably, the Award in Arb.OP.No.11/2018, was challenged in CMA [MD].No.85/2022 and orders were reserved by the Hon’ble Division Bench on 04.03.2026.
