Government Advocate for respondents No.1 to 4. Perused the writ appeal papers. 2. This writ appeal under Section 4 of the Karnataka High Court Act, 1961, by respondent No.4 before the learned Single Judge, is directed against the impugned order dated 23.01.2023 passed in WP No.100261/2023, whereby 5th respondent’s writ petition questioning the order of suspension was allowed, quashing the order of suspension and order of cancellation of caste certificate. 3. This writ appeal would confine only to the extent of quashing the order of suspension. 4. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appearing for respondents No.1 to 4 would submit that government had also filed writ appeal in WA No.100380/2023, questioning the very same order and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by judgment dated 21.09.2023, dismissed the said writ appeal confirming the order passed by the writ Court. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:6360-DB WA No. 100415 of 2023 5. Learned counsel Sri. Rajashekhar Burji appearing for the appellant would submit that subsequently respondent No.5 is reinstated by revoking the order of suspension. When respondent No.4 is reinstated by revoking the order of suspension, writ appeal which questions the order of quashing the suspension order, would no more survive for consideration. 6. In view of the fact that respondent No.5 is reinstated by revoking the order of suspension and as the order of learned Single Judge is confirmed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WA No.100380/2023, decided on 21.09.2023, we do not see any reason to entertain the present writ appeal.
