Perused the material on record. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that this Court by Judgment dated 07.07.2025 allowed the above criminal appeal, by setting aside the order dated 13.06.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.296 of 2025 on the file of the Court of Special Judge for Trial of Offences under the POCSO Act, Chittoor, and granted anticipatory bail with a condition to furnish a personal bond for Rs.20,000/- with two sureties for the likesum each to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate Court and appellants/A.6 to A.10 shall appear before the Station House Officer, concerned, once in a week i.e., on Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders. In obedience to the said order, Petitioners/A.6 to A.10 are appearing before the concerned Police Station regularly without fail. This interlocutory application is filed by Petitioners/A.6 to A.10, seeking relaxation of the condition to appear before the Police Station. SL. NO. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that investigation of the subject crime is completed and Charge Sheet is filed before the concerned Court and would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions and having regard to the facts narrated in the accompanying affidavit, the condition of A.6 to A.10 appearing before the Station House Officer, concerned, once in a week i.e., on Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders, is hereby relaxed.
