Having taken note of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, as the respondent herein has filed petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act against the petitioner herein and taking into consideration the distance between Bengaluru and H.B.Halli is more than 300 kilometers and therefore I find force in the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner having taken into consideration the hardship that may be caused to the petitioner herein.
