Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. At the very outset, learned AGA for the State has pointed out that in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and the charge-sheet has also been submitted against the petitioner, pursuant to which, he has also been summoned vide order dated 29.07.2024. Thereafter, against the charge-sheet and summoning order dated 29.07.2024, petitioner had preferred a Criminal Misc. Application U/s 528 of BNSS No. 13678 of 2025 before this Court, which is pending disposal. 3. Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts but has submitted that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Office to de-tag the Criminal Misc. Application U/s 528 of BNSS No. 13678 of 2025 from the instant writ petition and put up as fresh on 25.08.2025 before the appropriate Bench.
