Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in terms of
judgment rendered by learned Single Judge in WPSS No. 1873 of 2023, the Competent Authority has started deducting GPF of the petitioner, which, however, would be subject to final outcome of the special appeal, which the State proposes to file within a couple of days. Thus, he submits that compliance of the order has been made.
4. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed. Notices issued to the opposite parties are hereby discharged. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to file contempt petition as and when cause of action arises.
