On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, submits that although the petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is in no way concerned with the issue. The grievance of the petitioner should be considered by respondent Nos. 4 and 5 herein. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, and upon perusal of the material available record, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition be disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to forward the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2025 to respondent Nos. 4 and 5, who are the concerned authorities for redressing the grievance of the petitioner. Upon receipt of the petitioner's representation, respondent Nos. 4 and 5 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. on can 6.
