The learned Counsel, however, submits that in the event after the examination of the cadastral surveyor, it transpires that the cadastral surveyor has not executed the Commission in accordance with the directions contained in the order dated 30th November 2021, liberty be granted to the petitioner to make a fresh application for appointment of the Court Commissioner.
