This Court has passed following interim order on 24.04.2015 :- "By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court with the grievance that for B.T.C. two years course for 2013-2015, the petitioner is not being allowed to appear in the fourth semester. It is submitted that the petitioner has already cleared first, second and third semester, but for fourth semester admit card has not been issued. Shri A.K. Yadav learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 4 and 5 and also represents respondents no. 1, 2 and 3 as Standing Counsel submits that in case the petitioner has cleared the first three semesters, then she would be entitled to appear in fourth semester. The matter requires consideration. Shri A.K. Yadav may file counter affidavit within one month. List this case after one month. In the meantime, in case the petitioner has successfully cleared first, second and third semester of B.T.C. course 2013-2015, she may be allowed to appear in the fourth semester, but her result will not be declared and the same shall be subject to final decision of this writ petition. A copy of this order be given to learned counsel for the petitioner today on payment of usual charges." 2. Sri Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in pursuance of above referred interim order, petitioner has appeared in 4th Semester of BTC Course and according to him, she is qualified, however, her result is still not declared due to above referred interim order. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, petitioner has taken benefit of interim order, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that result of petitioner be declared within 3 weeks.
