The present Cr.M.P. has been filed with the following prayer:- “a) That the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire Records pertaining to the Charge-sheet bearing no. 472/2022 arising out of FIR No. 69/2022 registered by the PS Chhuriya, District Rajnandgaon, AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2025.08.18 18:25:08 +0530 2 against the present petitioner and the diary of progress if any in the matter. b) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside the charge-sheet bearing No. 472/2022 which has been filed in consequence of the FIR No. 69/2022 registered by the PS Chhuriya, District Rajnandgaon, against the present petitioner and all the consequential proceeding (if any) arising therefrom. c) That this Hon'ble court may further be pleased to pass any other order in favor of petitioner as it may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case with cost. 2. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse of law, if any charges are framed against the petitioner. 3.
