On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents representing APSPDCL forwarded the written 5 instructions dated 23.12.2025 issued by the Deputy General Manager/Panels, which reveals that the petitioners, viz. N.V.Raghavendra Rao and Y.Subbanna, were finally allotted to APSPDCL as per the conclusion report of One Man Committee. He further submitted that the petitioners were already promoted as Assistant Divisional Engineers in APSPDCL. Hence, no cause survives for further adjudication. 4. Taking into consideration the written instructions submitted by the learned standing counsel vide letter dated 23.12.2025, by making it as part of record, and recording the submissions made by him, further as the fact remains that there is no representation for the petitioners, the writ petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioners to work out their legal remedies in accordance with law, if they so advised. 5. There shall be no order as to costs.
