Memo reads thus; “The Petitioners submit as follows:- It is submitted that Petitioners seeking for quashing order dated 09.05.2019 and all further proceedings pursuant to the said order in Criminal Case no.464/2019 pending on the file of II Additional JMFC, hubballi registered for the offences punishable u/s. 447, 504, 506 R/W. 34 of IPC had approached this Hon’ble Court in Captioned Petition. During the pendency of the present Petition, parties to the litigation got the matter settled out of the court and the same is already reported to the Trial Court. But as there is a stay operation in the present case, Trial Court has kept the compounding application in abeyance also observed that it is subject to the disposal of the Petition by the Hon’ble High Court.
