Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Putki P.S. Case No.102 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2)/ 127(2)/ 115(2)/ 117(2)/118(1)/109/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dhanbad. Petitioner is alleged to have given a rod blow on the head of the deceased Naushad Alam due to which, he succumbed to his injuries after one and half months. Attention has been drawn towards the F.I.R. of the counter case filed by the petitioner being Putki P.S. Case No.103 of 2024, in which it has been alleged that the deceased of the present case has given two bhujali blows on the person of this petitioner due to which, he sustained grievous injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given rod blow on the person of the deceased in order to save himself. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dhanbad, in connection with Putki P.S.
