The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to modify the impugned award dated 17th November, 2014 to the effect that petitioner is entitled to immediate reinstatement in service by the respondent and to regularize the petitioner by payment of full back wages with interest @ 12 % and adjustment of compensation of Rupees One lack paid to the petitioner by the respondent after passing of the award. 10.2 That any other relief which the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may kindly be allowed.” 2. Mr. Pankaj Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner was a daily rated employee and his discontinuation from services was found contrary to the provisions of Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI 2 Section 25-F of the Industrial Disputes Act and order of regularisation was declined and instead thereof compensation of Rs. One Lakh was awarded by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-Cum- Labour Court, Jabalpur. 3. Heard learned counsel for the respondent. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even in two round, therefore, the petition is dismissed on this count alone.
