Having taken note of the fact that the Official Respondents have also issued Notice to the concerned parties for the purpose of enquiry, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merit with a direction to the Official Respondents to conclude the Enquiry and submit a Report to the Competent Authority within a period of fourteen (14) weeks from today. 4. Needless to state that the Writ Petitioner shall also be given an opportunity to participate in the enquiry for the purpose of leading evidence (oral or documentary), for which, advance notice shall be issued to the Writ Petitioner by the Official Respondents. 5.
