Present writ petition has been filed challenging the Government Orders dated 15.3.2012 & 18.4.2012 and consequential inaction on part of the respondents for not passing any order approving the appointment of the petitioner. 3. As far as first challenge is concerned, this Court already in bunch of writ petitions has quashed the orders. 4. In view of said circumstances, respondent no.4 may take appropriate decision with regard to proposals sent by the institution and pass appropriate orders, if required, by issuing of notice to the management as well as the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
