Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that strangers have illegally encroached the land of the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. The grievance about the illegal - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:6089 WP No. 102135 of 2025 encroachment cannot be addressed under Writ jurisdiction because it involves disputed questions of fact. If at all the University has any grievance about the illegal encroachment, It may take shelter before the appropriate court of law, if so advised. 5. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
