It is seen from the records that earlier, this Court, on 17.10.2025 had referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. Accordingly, the parties have appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Madras and arrived at a compromise and entered into a settlement agreement dated 20.02.2026, duly signed by both parties and their respective counsels. Both the learned counsels for parties have appeared before this Court and conceded to the same and they have also filed a Joint parenting agreement dated 17.04.2026, duly signed by both parties and their respective counsels. 3. In view of the above, this original petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 20.02.2026 and the Joint parenting agreement dated 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis O.P.No.452 of 2025 17.04.2026. The settlement agreement dated 20.02.2026 and the Joint parenting agreement dated 17.04.2026 shall form part of the decree and Judgment. No costs.
