Rama Rao, learned standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3. 2. The above writ petition is filed to declare letter No.E3/122(01)2025- DPTO/NDL dated 22.04.2025 issued by respondent No.3, granting permission to submit a tender form only in respect of Koilakuntia Bus Station Sweeping works only, despite issuance of the tender notification No.E3/122(01) /2025- DPTO-NDI, dated 09.04.2025, inviting the tenders for allotting work contract in different stations, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled to participate in the tender process pertaining to the tender notification E3/122(01 )/2025-DPTO-NDI, dated 09.04.2025. However, the petitioner not allowed to participate in the tender process.
4. Learned standing counsel would submit that the last date to get tender form is 21.04.2025 and the petitioner did not make any application before
21.04.2025. He would also submit that the communication impugned (Ex.P1) was emanated due to the interim
order dated 22.04.2025 passed in W.P.No.10252 of 2025. He would also submit that, in fact, even after lapse of time, due to the interim order, the petitioner was allowed to participate in the tender process in respect of Koilakuntia Bus Station. He would submit that the tenders were opened on 22.04.2025 at 3;00 P.M.
5. Thus, as seen from submission, the last date to get tender form completed and the tenders were opened. Despite the same, the petitioner’s tender for one bus station was allowed, due the interim order.

6. Given the facts and circumstances no cause survives for adjudication and hence ho further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
