Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners submitted representations to the respondent authorities on 03.10.2023, 28.10.2024, and 04.01.2025, seeking mutation/restoration of their names in the 1-B register and Adangal, and issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the subject lands in Sy.Nos.2/7, 2/8, 2/9, 2/11, 2/12, 2/15, 2/16, 2/17, and 2/18 to the following extents; Ac.8.35 cents, Ac.2.75 cents, Ac.3.00 cents, Ac.1.99 cents, Ac.3.00 cents, Ac.2.99 cents, Ac.3.00 cents, Ac.2.99 cents, Ac.2.96 cents, Ac.7.22 cents (in Sy.No.171-1P) all situated at Kalichedu Village, Sydapuram Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. Despite receipt of the representations of the petitioners, the respondents’ authorities neither considered the representations or issued proceedings. Hence, the present writ petition. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents furnished written instructions issued by the 3'"'^ respondent wherein it is stated that;- 5. "It is submitted that Kalichedu village is inam village. During the year the then inam Deputy Tahsildar initiated action under Inam Abolition Act (Inam Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1956. The same was published in the Nellore district gazette vide extraordinary No.4, dated 01.04.1977. As per the records available in office ryotwari patta not granted to anybody. At present the entire land in Sy.No.2 cultivated by the petitioners and V others by raising dry crops iike acid iemon, casuarinas and vegetabies with the aid of bore and iift irrigation. The writ petitioner not produced any ryotwari patta to prove that, ryotwari patta granted to them or their vendors. Hence the respondent not mutated the names of the petitioners in village records as a pattadar and enjoyer on the representation filed by the petitioner". Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the 6. petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, and on perusal of the material available on record, this Court is of the considered view that, the present writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondents authorities to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners dated 03.10.2023, 28.10.2024, and 04.01.2025 and pass appropriate orders, after providing an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, subject to the production of Ryotwari pattas granted in favour of the petitioners and their vendors in respect of the subject land, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There 7. shall be no order as to costs.
