The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khukhra P.S. Case No. 11/2021, for the offences registered under Sections 302 & 201/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Ms. Babita Mittal, learned J.M., 1st Class, Giridih. 3. On 17.05.2024 at about 7:45 A.M., dead body of the son of the informant namely Habibullah Ansari was found in Karitand Football ground, his neck was slit open. During the course of investigation, one Rajiya Khatoon was apprehended. It is alleged that the deceased had raped her and occurrence had taken place to take revenge by her husband and other accused persons. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner had transpired in confession of co-accused Rajiya Khatoon. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that co-accused Rajiya Khatoon was convicted in this case and she confessed the name of the petitioner. 6. Considering the fact that apart from confession, there is no material against the petitioner on record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Babita Mittal, learned J.M., 1st Class, Giridih or her successor in connection with Khukhra P.S.
