During the course of hearing, it has been pointed out that in the petition, the petitioner has inadvertently mention square feet instead of square meter. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is not challenging any particular order but the petitioner is seeking an appropriate suitable direction towards the respondents to consider and decide the representation made by petitioner for allotment of government nazul land area 3x48-144 square meter., from the land bearing nо. 3493/1 агеа 2.24 acre which is situated at Babupara Ambikapur District Sarguja (CG) in light of the notification dated 11.09.2019 issued by the State Government in the name of governor. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits the petitioner is the landless person and having possession and constructed residential house in which residing with his family over the government nazul land since 2 decades area 3x48=144 square meter from the land bearing no. 3493/1 area 2.24 acre which is situated at Babupara Ambikapur District Sarguja (CG), in this regard the petitioner has paid the entire tax to the respondents without any break. As shown from the notification of the state government dated 11.09.2019 the state government has directed to all concerned revenue officers to allot the land to the landless person who having the possession for livelihood, the petitioner is the landless person and there is no any alternative land available to him for his livelihood. As per the above notification, the petitioner has submitted the various applications before the respondents but till date no final decision has been taken by the respondents. Hence, this petition, for appropriate writ/ order/ suitable direction towards the respondents to consider and decide the application made by petitioner in accordance with the notifications of the State Government within stipulated period. 3 5. Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending applications, they are having no objection to the limited prayer and pending application will be considered in accordance with law. 6. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the respondent No. 2 to consider/decide the applications of the petitioner (Annexure P/3) in accordance with law/rules/regulations as expeditiously as possible. 8.
