This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking quashment of FIR No. 196/2022 dated 15.09.2022 for offences under Sections 366 and 109 IPC registered at Police Station, Poonch. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the statement of the prosecutrix has been recorded in terms of Section 164 Cr.P.C. before the concerned Magistrate in compliance to order dated 27.09.2022 passed by this Court and that he has instructions to withdraw the instant petition subject to the fact that this Court may pass instructions to the investigating agency to conclude the investigation based on the statement of the prosecutrix. 3. Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of, based on the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, with the direction to investigate the case and conclude the matter expeditiously.
