Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the crime was registered in the year 2018, there has been no progress in the investigation. Let there be a direction to the police to conclude the investigation. 04. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 05. Considering the submissions made by both sides, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a final report in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
