The Court made the following: :: ORDER:: The above contempt case is filed complaining of the violation of the order dated 18.09.2024 in W.P.No.16571 of 2024. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. The petitioner filed W.P.No.16571 of 2024, complaining about the interference of respondents 3 to 6 in not allowing the petitioner to discharge duties as Village Organization Assistant (VOA) of Patha Injaram, Patha Injaram Gramika Sangam, I. Polavaram Mandal, B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District, without assigning any reasons. The said writ petition was disposed of on 18.09.2024. The operative portion of the order dated 18.09.2024 reads follows: as “Given the facts and circumstances of the case coupled with the aforementioned circular issued by Principal Secretary, SERF and the oral instructions of learned Assistant Government Pleader this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the respondents 3 to 6 not to interfere with the petitioner’s discharging duties as VAO in Patha Injaram, Patha Injaram Gramika Sangam, I. Polavaram Mandal, B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District..” 4. In para No.8 of the affidavit, it was stated that the members of Injaram Gramaikya Sangam, by a resolution dated 25.11.2024, appointed Smt.Mellam M^ni as VOA. Having stated so, the petitioner is still complaining about the interference of respondents 1 and 2 in the discharge of duties. W Page 3 of 4 SRS,J C.C.No.48 of 2025 Thus, as seen from para No.8 of the affidavit, the members of Injaram Gramaikya Sangam appointed one Smt. Mellam Mani as VGA by a resolution dated 25.11.2024. The petitioner is no longer VGA of Injaram Gramaikya Sangam. The claim of the petitioner that she was not allowed to continue as VGA and the alleged interference by the respondents, does not arise. This Court does not find any violation of the order dated 18.09.2024 in W.P.No.16571 of 2024. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
