Civil Writ Petition No. 3165/2025 & other connected matters and tagged together. 2. Learned counsel for the parties submits that the issue raised herein is already considered by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon’ble Court on 12.07.2024 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10518/2024 titled as Suhana Bano Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and these matters be disposed of in accordance with the order passed by Co-ordinate Bench. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, these writ petitions were preferred by petitioner(s) for award of bonus marks on the post of Nursing Officer. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 12.07.2024 has after considering the issue has observed as under:- “In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands allowed with directions to the respondents to award 30 bonus marks to the petitioner, while taking into consideration all the three experience certificates issued to her and revise her order of merit by awarding 30 bonus marks accordingly, her name be placed/positioned in the merit-list on the basis of the said 30 bonus marks. The respondents are expected to do the needful exercise within a period of three months from the date of the certified copy of the order.” 4. Having considered the submissions, S.B. Civil Writ Petition Nos. 576/2025, 737/2025, 899/2025 and 940/2025 are disposed of in same terms as decided in case of Suhana Bano (supra).
