This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking exclusion of the Rajasthan Class-IV Service (Recruitment and Other Service Conditions) Rules 1999, in the notification dated 23.09.2008. 2. By the notification dated 23.09.2008, the Rajasthan Various Service (6th amendment) Rules, 2008 promulgated whereby a provision was inserted in various Service Rules for grant of relaxation of 3 years in the maximum age limit if the direct recruitment is not held in the previous years. 3. At the time of filing of this petition, the petitioner was of age about 41 years and today he must have attained the age of 55 years. Even after consideration of the case of the petitioner on [2025:RJ-JP:45738] (2 of 2) [CW-223/2012] merits, no effective relief can be granted to the petitioner at this stage. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. 5. Since the main petition has been dismissed, the stay application and pending application, if any, also stand disposed.
