The above said crime was registered against the petitioner/A10 and 2. others for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 506 read with 34 IPC. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on 15.11.2023, at about 3. the defacto complainant, who is an employee of NMDC 4.00 p.m • j Kirandole Town, Chattishghad State, met A1 in the month of November, 2023. The A1 told deceitful words to the defacfo complainant that he was working in the Prisons department and has 30 acres of land. In this connection, the A1 cheated the defacto complainant by using some fake names of Hon’ble High Court Judges and also created fake documents 2 With fake names of High- Court Judges and forged signatures in their names to provide a steno job in the High court. The defacto complainant believed the words of A1 and transferred a sum of Rs.59,06,100/- to accused through Bank Account, Phone pay, Google pay, NEFT, RTGS and net banking. Later defacto complainant came to know that the accused cheated him. When the defacto complainant asked the about the matter, then the accused sent the scary photos and sent fake documents to the defacto complainant's whatsapp number and threatened to kill him with the support of other accused. accused 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in judicial custody from 01.03.2025. petitioner further submits that similarly placed Learned counsel for the person i.e. A11 has obtained anticipatory baii by this Court in the very same crime, vide order in Crl.P.No.2327 of 2025, dated 27.03.2025. The accusations made against the present petitioner i.e. A10 is also on the same footing as that of All. 6. On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor not disputed the correctness of the said submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the All who is on the same footing as of petitioner herein/AIO has also learned 7. case, since granted 3 anticipatory bail, this Court is inclirred to grant regular bail herein/A10. to petitioner 8.
