Respondent Petition under Sections 483(1) of BNSS, praying that in the c-lrcumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the bail conditions imposed vide order, dated 18.12.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.3543 of 2024 on the file of the IX Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srikakulam. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri PAPUDIPPU SASHIDAR REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent and the Court made the following; THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T MALLIKARJUNA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 4178 of 2025 Order:- This Criminal Petition has been filed by the Petitioner/A2, seeking to relax the conditions imposed while granting bail vide Order dated 18.12.2024 in Crl.MP No.3543 of 2024 by the learned XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Anakapalli. 2. Petitioner herein/A2 filed a bail application in Crl.M.P.No.3543 of 2024 on the file of the learned Xll Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Anakapallil for grant of bail in Crime No.244 of 2024 of Sabbavaram-Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 500 and 505(2) of lPC and Section 67 of the IT Act. The learned XII Additional Metropolitan Magis+Irate, Anakapalli, while granting bail to the petitioner/A2 vide order dated 18.12.2024, imposed condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Police Station, on every Sunday in between 10.00 AM to 12.00 noon till 'filing charge sheet. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Petitioner could not fulfill the conditions as imposed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, since several cases are Pending against the petitioner in different police Stations and it is Very difficult for the petitioner to appear before the police station as directed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that Court may pass appropriate orders. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances, the condition imposed in the Order dated 18.12.2024 in Crl.MP No.3543 of 2024 by the learned Xll Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, ¢,--i2fir ? i_,I J|, Anakapalli, directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned police station, on every Sunday in between 10.00 AM to 12.00 noon till filing charge sheet, is hereby relaxed. 7.
