Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that parties have arrived at a settlement before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre [‘Mediation Centre’]. 2. The Mediation Centre has placed before this Court the conciliated agreement dated 23.04.2025. The terms of the settlement are recorded in this agreement, whereunder Respondent has undertaken to pay a sum of Rs. 10 lakhs to the Petitioner in full and final settlement of its claims. 3. The parties have further agreed that the status and effect of the agreement will be of an arbitral award in the unlikely event, the Respondents fails to abide by the settlement agreement. 4. This Court has perused the settlement agreement and finds the same lawful. 5. The present petition is disposed of in terms of the conciliated agreement binding the parties to the terms therein.
