The Court made the following order: It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioners that, pursuant to orders passed by this Court, Advocate Commissioner was appointed and a report was submitted. As per the said report, the compensation in respect of disputed trees was determined and accordingly, the same was paid to the petitioners. Upon which, the petitioners have given undertaking dated 24.05.2024, before the 10th respondent stating that, they have no objection for removal of tress existing over the subject lands. 2. The said under taking is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners and in view of the subsequent events the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 3.
