Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. On instruction Mr. L.K. Maharana, learned counsel appearing for TPCODL contended that in the meantime the matter has been settled at Rs.11,330/- as against the outstanding as per Final Settlement Order at Rs.22,660/-. Copy of the settlement so arrived at in between the parties so produced in Court be kept in record. 4. Since the dispute has been settled with payment of the amount, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the Writ Petition. 5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
