This issue cannot be gone into in this contempt petition. When this Court passed the order, this Court was given to understand that it was only the Superintendent, Assistant and Junior Assistant 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont.P.No.1069 of 2025 working in the Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service who will be entitled for the 2% reservation. In view of the same, the issue that was canvassed by the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner cannot be gone into in this contempt petition. It is left open to the petitioners to file appropriate petition seeking for review or clarification on this issue. 3.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
