Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that due to some bonafide unavoidable circumstance, he could not appear before the Court on 04.09.2025 and the petition got dismissed for want of prosecution. Hence, prays for restoration of the writ petition. 5. Taking into consideration the submission and cause shown in the application, I am inclined to restore WPS No.728/2015. 6. Accordingly, present MCC is allowed and it is directed that WPS No.728/2015 shall be restored to its original number subject to the applicant depositing cost of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee by 7th October, 2025.
