The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short‘BNSS’) by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR No.54 dated 06.03.2025 registered under Sections 191(3), 190, 115(2), 351(3), 110 & 117(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short‘BNS’), registered at Police Station Khol, District Rewari. 2. Vide order dated 08.04.2025, passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that that the petitioner has joined investigation on 16.04.2025 and he is not required for custodial interrogation. 4.
