Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners No.2 to 4 furnished proceedings dated 27.01.2025, addressed by the Secretary (FAC) & Joint Director, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. 3. As seen from the proceedings of the Secretary (FAC) & Joint Director, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, the Competent Authority and Chairman, A.P. State Council of Higher Education, has decided to ratify the deviation of methodology in admissions by imposing a penalty on the institutes, amounting Rs.2,000/- for each deviation caused. 4. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed this Court to close the Writ Petition as nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
