This application has been filed by applicant for quashing the entire proceedings of Case No. 1385 of 2013 (Old Case No. 118/IX/ 2012, State Vs. Rajkumar and others, Case Crime No. 472 of 2011, Under Section 498-A, 323, 506, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act Police Station -Kosikalan, District- Mathura, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Chhata, Mathura. 3. Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that previously applicant had preferred an application being application u/s 482 No.14986 of 2013, which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 19.01.2017. 4. It is to be seen that the matter is very old one. By the instant application u/s 528 BNSS summoning order has not been challenged, only entire proceedings have been challenged. The applicant has been participated in the trial and was having knowledge, however, only to delay the proceedings present application is filed. 5.
