For the Respondent: Mr. L.N.Sharma, Additional Advocate General. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief:- “(i) Writ of mandamus may kindly be issued to the respondents to initiate acquisition proceeding qua the land of the petitioner used for the construction of road i.e. Kharapathar Parsari and Jubbal-kaina -Maghawta link road denoted by Khara No 933/506 and 687 total measuring 00-25-35 hectares situated at up-mahal Thana, Tehsil Jubbal, District Shimla, H.P., copy of Jamabandi is Annexure P-1.” 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh in accordance with law on the ground that the petitioner has gifted the land in question to her son. 3.
