By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent No. 4 to decide the application (Annexure P/2) which was filed by the petitioner on 21.10.2024, by which the petitioner is seeking correction of detail of his land and map in the online revenue record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the application has been filed in the month of October, 2024, but the respondent Tehsildar has not proceeded in the application and the correction which is being sought by the petitioner is not made till date. 3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that if the application is still pending before the Tehsildar for correction of map and revenue record of the petitioner regarding the land bearing Khasra No. 833/2 and 833/9, the same will be considered and necessary order would be passed within a period of 45 days. 4. In view of the submission made by the respondent/State, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Tehsildar to decide the application (Annexure P/2) dated 21.10.2024, in accordance with law within a period of 45 days.
