The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 30.04.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 14239 of 2024. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that in favour of the petitioner on 16.05.2025 for all the accounts as mentioned in the proceeding paragraphs as well as claim raised by the petitioner in the said writ petition. The copies of the statements of Account No.40521264475 and Account No.10468163603 have also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged.
