The Petition challenges judgment and order dated 4 October 2024 passed by the Maharashtra State Co-operative Appellate Court dismissing Appeal No. 55 of 2024 filed by the Petitioners and confirming the Award dated 12 April 2024 passed by the Judge, Co-operative Court, Solapur.

It appears that the Respondents Credit Society had filed the dispute for recovery of amount of Rs.17,60,213/-. The Co- operative Court conducted an enquiry into the exact amount due and payable by the Petitioner to the society and arrived at a figure of Rs.7,82,570/-, which is held to be payable by the Petitioners. The Appellate Court has thereafter decided the contention of the Petitioners about correctness of the amount so arrived at by the Co-

I am unable to trace any element of perversity in the concurrent findings recorded by the Trial and the Appellate Courts.
