2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant and perused the material available on record.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that both parties are residents of the same locality, and due to some trivial issues, the present FIR has been registered on false and concocted grounds. He submits that there is no grievous
[2025:RJ-JP:43324] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-13117/2025] injury which can be termed as dangerous to life. Though there are allegations of causing grievous injuries to the injured, Smt. Shyamlata, but the said injuries are on the right hand, which cannot be considered a vital part of the body. Petitioners are behind the bars since 23.09.2025. The trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody, hence, the bail application of the petitioners may be allowed.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant have vehemently opposed the bail application.
