Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.
3 and 4 in calling the Petitioner to the Pidugiralla Police Station frequently and pressurizing them to pay the amounts to settle the disputes with the unofficial Respondent and interfering into the Right to Life and Personal Liberty as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No 3 and 4 not to call the Petitioner herein to the Police Station and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the Respondents 3 and 4 not to call the Petitioner herein to Piduguralla Police Station and pressurize the Petitioner to settle the Disputes with the unofficial Respondent and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: Jalla Hemanth Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“….pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in calling the Petitioner to the Pidugiralla Police Station frequently and pressurizing them to pay the amounts to settle the disputes with the unofficial Respondent and interfering into the Right to Life and Personal Liberty as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No 3 and 4 not to call the Petitioner herein to the Police Station and pass…”
2. Heard Sri Jalla Hemanth, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no crime has been registered against the petitioner. However, certain civil disputes are pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. It is alleged that, at the behest of the 5th respondent, the police are calling the petitioner and his family members to the police station, pressurizing them to settle the civil dispute, and harassing them by making repeated phone calls.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home is in attendance and seeks time to obtain instructions in the matter.
5. In view of the submissions made by both sides, the Writ Petition is
disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow the due process of law

in case any crime is registered. The police are further directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties and to act strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
