The instant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.421/2014 registered at Police Station-Neemrana, District-Alwar. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor, at the outset produced one factual report dated 28.03.2025 prepared by the S.H.O., Police Station-Neemrana, District-Kotputli, Behror, which reveals that after investigation no offence was found against the petitioner. Hence, the police authorities have submitted a negative final report against the petitioner on 13.04.2015 which has been accepted by the concerning Court on 17.04.2015. 3. Factual Report dated 28.03.2025 is taken on record. 4. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition at this stage. 5.
