1. With the consent of the parties the matter is heard finally.

2 10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call all the records pertaining to the petitioner’s case for perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to correct the list of Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana. 10.3 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to place the name of the petitioner on its original no. i.e. Sr. No. 29 as per the first list.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner through this petition intends to challenge the action on the part of Respondent authority that, they have changed the serial no of the petitioner in the list of Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana i.e. Sr No 29 to 207. Thereafter, the petitioner has made complaint before the Collector in Sushasan Tihar then after the respondents resolving the complaint and declared the petitioner ineligible. Then thereafter the petitioner made complaint in Jandarshan, then the petitioner has been declared eligible for awas and placed the name of petitioner in Sr no 187. He prays for a direction to respondents to correct the list of Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana and to place the name of the petitioner on its original no. i.e. Sr. No. 29 as per the first list.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer and pending representation dated 07.05.2025 will be considered in accordance with law.
5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping
3 this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the respondent No. 3 to consider/decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-4) dated 07.05.2025 in accordance with law/rules/regulations as expeditiously as possible in an objective manner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case.
8. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
