1) In the present case, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 12.09.2022 passed by the Collector, District Janjgir-Champa.
-2- 2) Since the order impugned is revisable before the Commissioner under the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby dismissed. 3) However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the revisional authority. 4) If the petitioner prefers a revision before the Commissioner within a period of thirty (30) days from today, the same shall be considered and decided by the said authority strictly in accordance with law. 5) Certified copy, if any, be returned after retaining its xerox copy.
