The complainant-respondent No. 3, has stated during investigation that she was divorced by her husband in 2013 and thereafter got re-married in 2017. She is living a happy married life. Since she has re-married, she wants termination of the present case. Her statement is taken on record. 4. In view of the statement of the complainant-respondent No. 3, the present petition is allowed. Accordingly, impugned FIR No. 44/2012 registered with Police Station Women Cell, Srinagar is quashed. 6.
