The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sahibganj (M) P.S. Case No. 214 of 2019, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 302, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj. 3. On 27.08.2019, petitioner alonwith co-accused persons are alleged to have fired upon the brother of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons of having fired upon the deceased. It was further submitted that there is allegation on altogether five persons, but the deceased had sustained only two firearm injuries. It was finally submitted that co-accused Dinesh Yadav has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj in connection with Sahibganj (M) P.S.
